My Evaluation
For the final crit Alice and I decided that I would heat press print the t-shirt designs, and she would set to work on the tags/business cards. I am really please with the outcomes of both. I think that the t-shirts would look more professional if I were to screen print them to avoid the white outline of the transfer. I think the chunky clothing tags work really well, and could be used as business cards as well. Another thing that would have been good to look into had we had the time, was our idea to make the actual clothing labels, just to make our brand even more prominent. I have absolutely loved working with Alice, which I know wasn't necessarily the desired outcome of this brief, and I understand that the industry will rarely bless me with such a good collaboration, but none the less I have really enjoyed it and have still learnt a great deal from it. If anything, working this closely with someone who has similar styles and ideas to me only pushed me more than usual!
