studio8 design - positive response

Studio8 is an independent graphic design studio in London. I like their work because it is really image driven and they also do some creative typography which I am really interested in. I contacted Zoe Bather who is one half of a partnership that established the partnership. She was very supportive and said she would be happy to have a look through my portfolio with me when I'm next in London. As I only have the sample pdf prepared at the moment that I have already sent her, so I asked whether I could visit at the start of the summer when I have something more representative of where I want to go and what I want to be. She said to get in touch nearer the time and she will be happy to help...

breed

Breed are a design collective based in London. I am being very over ambitious even contacting them. Their collective includes Si Scott among other well established designers who work with Breed as well as other agencies on a more freelance basis. This makes me think that they will probably not be able to offer me any placement or anything but I would still love to visit the studio. This is what I have emailed them :

'i love dust' are an image and illustration driven agency based in Shoreditch,  London and also Hampshire. I absolutely love their work which I think reflects the direction I am attempting to take with my own work. This is what I have sent them....

words are pictures

Words are pictures are the ny representation of blink art. It is a creative typography studio, which is something that I am really keen to get more into. I have decided to contact a few NY based companies and worry about funding the trip if it comes about (which I feel is unlikely!) - but I might as well try. Obviously it would only really be worth going of I were offered a proper placement so I am having to cut to the chase in the e-mail :

Blink art is a collective of artists/designers based in London with NY representation through Words are pictures experimental typography studio (who I have also contacted separately). I love the work they do; it is extremely image driven in the way that mine is. My concern is that they work fairly independently (like Peepshow collective and many other image based companies) so may not be able to offer me any kind of work experience, but a visit to the studio would be amazing anyway. Bleach are an image and ilustration based graphic design company based in London. I want to visit them because I think it really represents the direction that my work is taking this year and for the rest of the course; almost entirely image driven across a range of media. NousVous

Nousvous are an image driven collective of three designers based in Leeds and London. Amber Smith recomended them as a company that would suit my style and what area of the industry I am aiming to get into. They replied from my initial e-mail requesting contact details of CD saying that the three of them all play the same role and to correspond with this address. This is what I have sent them :
